The country itself was a very good surprise. I didn't come with any preconceived idea. I just really didn't know what to expect. The Indians are nice, open, curious and generally positive people despite the difficulties. I miss the people, the food, the sceneries, the street dogs and the giant bats.
I might miss less the pollution and the noise... though now France feels like a silent, odorless, empty wasteland in comparison.
And now, now, I'm facing the hell of cover letter writing, job hunting and feeding myself.
On that subject, something i've never quite understood... How come all jobs offers are either internships or require 4+ years of experience? But I know everyone's facing the same wall these days and negativity won't help. So let's just hope someone appreciates my efforts and my stuff and decides to hire my butt. And I'm particularly willing to relocate.
Also, I completely remade my website.
No more gutted little girls and sad brownish colours.
I can never be grateful enough to the Web designers out there who have pity of us, graphic-design-retarded people who can't match two fonts together, and who share their awesome work with us. You rock ! I take back all that I have said about graphic designers, I swear.
Anyway here it is :

My blog's been purged design wise too, for a more minimalistic black look.

Finally... I'd like to share with you guys the work of a former classmate.
She makes neo-victorian, steampunkish jewellery and craft that's pretty amazing.
It's very inspired and all made by hand with the greatest care. All unique pieces.
Brooches, necklaces, pouches, wallets... And more.
I didn't know she was doing that until recently and I was impressed!
Have a look, I'm pretty sure she ships abroad and the prices are good
