I love how he's got these random holes in his flesh/skin, looks like he's literally rotting away, and his feathers are wilted and droopy...very nice work!
That could be an interresting contest idea, but I don't think i have time to make one... And I'm pretty sure noone would enter cause I don't have very interresting things to offert :/
It looks like what lives in a sewer or a cave or something...... like an albino freakazoid creature or sometin.

Albino you say? Fck ! That's a great idea... Oh gosh i'd love to try my hand at albino/undead skin... That could be awsome. I need to work on skintones....

for coloring it? probably dull colors, maybe black around the ends of the skin? i donno.
